The entire internship process was virtual due to the ensuing pandemic. Even before the internship began, the whole internship team at TVS Credit was in regular touch with us, and they updated us about the internship process. At commencement,  we had introductory sessions that enabled us to interact with fellow interns. We also underwent an orientation program about the organisation, and its functioning. We had interactive sessions with the senior leadership team across various departments. Through these virtual sessions, we learnt a lot about different verticals of TVS Credit. Despite the constraints due to the pandemic and the lockdown, the Company stayed connected with us through work and fun activities during weekends, which helped me build a bond with the team.\u0027 Localize=\u0027true\u0027\u003eमी टीव्हीएस क्रेडिट मध्ये 4, 2020 मे ते 30, 2020 जून हा माझा इंटर्नशिप कालावधी राहिला. तत्कालीन महामारीच्या प्रकोपामुळे संपूर्ण इंटर्नशिपची प्रक्रिया ही व्हर्च्युअल राहिली. खरंतर इंटर्नशिप सुरू होण्यापूर्वी, टीव्हीएस क्रेडिट मधील संपूर्ण इंटर्नशिप टीम आमच्या नियमित संपर्कात होती आणि आम्हाला इंटर्नशिप प्रक्रियेबाबत नियमित अपडेट केले जात होते.. प्रारंभीच, फेलो इंटर्न सोबत संवाद साधण्यासाठी परिचय सत्राचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.. आम्हाला संस्थेची रचना आणि कार्यपद्धती या विषयी सविस्तर अवगत करण्यात आले आहे.. संस्थेच्या विविध विभागातील वरिष्ठ लीडरशिप सोबत चर्चात्मक संवादाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. या व्हर्च्युअल सेशन द्वारे, आम्हाला टीव्हीएस क्रेडिटच्या विविध पैलूंबाबत माहिती मिळाली. महामारी आणि लॉकडाउन मुळे विविध प्रकारचे निर्बंध असतानादेखील, कंपनी वीकेंड दरम्यान काम आणि मजेशीर खेळाच्या माध्यमातून संपर्कात राहिली. ज्यामुळे टीम सोबत बाँड निर्माण करण्यास आम्हाला फायदाच झाला.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong data-en=\u0027Project Initiation\u0027 Localize=\u0027true\u0027\u003eप्रोजेक्टला आरंभ\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp data-en=\u0027Before the commencement of our internship, we were assigned projects to work on under the guidance of mentors.  As the setup was virtual, we connected with our mentors through calls or virtual meetings. I was assigned to the Digital Marketing team at TVS Credit and tasked to devise a content strategy for launch of a social media platform. After the engaging leadership talk series, we had separate discussions with our Marketing Head, Mr Charandeep Singh, and mentors on our respective projects. He organised sessions with other team members to help me understand the details of the digital marketing domain at TVS Credit. There were multiple stages in the project wherein I understood different aspects of TVS Credit. This information helped in moulding my recommendations and propose the optimal content strategy. By the end of the project, I was able to curate content for the social media page and create a communication calendar for the same. This project has enabled me to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing domain, understand various aspects of digital marketing, and gain proficiency in several parts of the digital environment. Also, my constant research and interaction with the Digital Marketing team has helped me recognise and appreciate the nuances of this specialisation.
