Terms & Conditions

  • Only customers who buy Consumer Durables/Smartphones/TVS Two-Wheelers using TVS Credit Services Limited (TVS Credit) loans or purchase a product using InstaCard/InstaPlus card between 1st Oct’22 – 31st Oct '22 are eligible for participating in the Magical Diwali Season 5 contest.
  • Only customers who have liked the TVS Credit Facebook page are eligible to participate in the contest.
  • For Consumer Durable Loans - Only customers from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala, and West Bengal are eligible to participate in the contest.
  • Only customers purchasing Two Wheelers from authorised TVS Motor dealerships pan India are eligible to participate in the contest.
  • TVS Group employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
  • Customers should post their selfies/photo(s) in the comments section of the contest post between 1st Oct and 31st Oct’22. The selfies should include the product purchased such as Consumer Durable/SmartPhones/TVS Two-Wheeler. Or the product they bought using InstaCard/InstaPlus card transaction. In case of the product being an intangible service or an experience. Customers must upload their own selfie. Customers should also mention their loan agreement number with their selfies.
  • Customers are free to participate on any day and any number of times during the contest period subject to the rules of the contest. Participation here means availing the TVS Credit loan/InstaCard/InstaPlus card every time you claim a participation.
  • Daily prizes will be announced on the TVS Credit Facebook Page and Magical Diwali Season 5 landing page on different days between 1st Oct to 31st Oct.
  • All prizes mentioned will be sent to the winners at the end of the contest as online vouchers.
  • Cash in lieu of prizes will not be given under any circumstances.
  • Winners shall provide PAN Card details for availing Mega Prizes.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai only.
  • TVS Credit will not be responsible for any expenses (over and above the prize amount) or damages or losses of whatsoever nature if any incurred by the winners for/after the purchase.
  • TVS Credit has the sole right to extend or shorten the contest period.
