The pandemic had forced many organizations into suspending operations, with layoffs in the horizon. Most of the training would be virtual due to the circumstance imposed by COVID-19. I started off on an exciting project in the Planning Department. It was insightful and revealed the core values, goals, and ethos of the company. I attended several learning sessions, spanning across a variety of functions. I got an insight into the company\u0026#8217;s long-term business strategy, branding, and new product development.
