Job Description

This role is responsible of capturing business requirements, documenting business solutions, conducting quality assurance test, supporting user acceptance test and as well as providing post-production support to the project team

  • Responsible for analyzing, testing and delivering the technology solutions for implementation of new releases and applications
  • Communicate effectively with business users to gain an in-depth understanding of new requirements related to IT systems and enhancements
  • Prepare functional specifications / Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and review manual test cases
  • Provide clear and unambiguous specifications to enable development team to produce quality software that meets defined product requirements
  • Ensure complete testing of the requirement with effective bug tracking of all the bugs encountered during the course of UAT
  • Monitoring of the Project timelines and strict adherence to the same
  • Managing project portfolio activities such as prioritization, resource allocation, performance measurement, and change management plans
  • Identify issues, risks and dependencies between projects and processes and escalate as appropriate

Qualification

B.E (CS/IT), Post Graduate in Computer Science

3+ yrs exp as business analyst preferably handled BFSI projects

Good exp in business requirement specifications (BRS), workflow diagrams, context diagrams, use journeys, use cases, and user stories

Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology

Excellent communication & documentation skills

Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage stress

Job Description

  1. Customer’s interaction is designed to deliver experiences based on the brand’s promise
  2. Deliver consistent and similar experience across all touch points
  3. Customer communication for new products or services are aligned across channels
  4. Deliver higher NPS / tNPS on with new products/services on digital channels
  5. Responsible for the End to End customer experience and processes related to the new products or services offered by Tvscs
  6. Work with App team and ensure every touchpoint within the customer’s interaction is designed to deliver experiences based on the brand’s promise ensure
  7. Support key promotion launches by designing the customer communication and service process flow
  8. Create VOC mechanism in support with other stakeholders and be responsible for the Net Promoter Score (NPS)/Transactional Net Promotor Score (tNPS) of the new products or services
  9. Drive customer experience improvement initiatives by diving deep in Voice of customer & via customer journey mapping
  10. Work with other teams and provide support to set up the entire customer service processes
  11. Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing Communication, CRM and Online to deliver similar experience across all touch points
  12. Identify potential improvements based on consumer research & market data analysis
  13. Maintain effective stakeholder relationship to drive customer centric initiatives involving various customer journey touch points leading to higher NPS and CSAT
  14. Enhance App experience to ensure higher conversion at platform with continuous benchmarking of customers’ sentiments and improvement of platform experience to enhance repeat buyers
  15. Support to deliver best in class User Experience, removing pain areas and working towards seamless experience of customers
  16. Enable CRM Tech/software implementation from business side and help design programs to increase customer stickiness
