6. Customers availing the loan will receive a voucher worth ₹500 from Amazon Seller Service Private Limited (“Amazon”). Please refer to Amazon terms and conditions for voucher redemption. In case of any dispute related to the redemption of the Amazon voucher, TVS Credit shall not be held liable.

7. The voucher will be sent to the customers via SMS/WhatsApp to their registered mobile number on or before 31st March 2026.

8. Cancellation of loan during the offer period will make the customer ineligible for the voucher.

B. Terms and Conditions for Neckband

1. Loan at the sole discretion of TVS Credit Services Limited (TVS Credit).

6. Customers availing the loan will receive a complimentary neckband as part of this offer. Please refer to the product brand’s terms and conditions for warranty and support. In case of any dispute related to product quality, delivery, or warranty, TVS Credit shall not be held liable

7. The neckband will be dispatched to eligible customers at their registered address via post on or before 31st March 2026.

8. Cancellation of loan during the offer period will make the customer ineligible for the voucher.

Credit Card – ₹400 TATA Cliq Voucher Offer

2. This offer is not applicable to customers located outside India. Credit Card shall be issued at the sole discretion of RBL Bank Limited (“RBL”)

3. This offer is exclusively available to new customers applying for the TVS Credit RBL Bank co-brand credit card. To qualify for the offer, customers must complete KYC before 31/03/2026, 11:59 PM, also complete the co-brand card setup, and activate the credit card within 37 days.

4. Upon activation of the credit card, customers will receive a TATA CLIQ Luxury voucher worth ₹400/- by 31st May 2026, which shall be sent to their registered mobile number/ Email ID.

5. The vouchers are delivered by RBL Bank Limited. Any dispute related to the delivery of the vouchers shall be addressed directly with RBL Bank Limited. TVS Credit shall not be held liable.

General terms and conditions – Consumer Durable Offers & Schemes

1. The Offer and/or Scheme is intended for the individual recipient only and cannot be assigned or passed on to someone else. Additionally, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. The Offer and/or Scheme does not hold any cash value, cannot be extended beyond its validity period, and cannot be negotiated or altered in any way.

2. Participation in the Offer and/or Scheme is voluntary.

3. Sanction of Loan is at the sole discretion of TVS Credit.

4. In all matters related to the Scheme and Cashback computation, the decision of TVS Credit shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the customer, and shall not be disputed or challenged by the customer.

5. These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the Loan Terms and Conditions, KFS, Sanction Letter, signed by the customer with TVS Credit.

6. TVS Credit shall not be liable in any manner for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of, or otherwise related to, any goods purchased by the customer under the Offer and/or Scheme; or caused by the delivery of such goods. .

7. TVS Credit holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods offered by the seller. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods purchased by the customer by availing this Offer shall be resolved by the customer with the seller directly without any reference or liability to TVS Credit.

8. TVS Credit reserves the right to disqualify or remove any seller, Dealer, Store or customer from the benefits of the Offer and/or Scheme if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer and/or Scheme. The decision of TVS Credit in this regard shall be final.

9. The Offer and/or Scheme is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on products for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. The Offer and/or Scheme shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.

10. TVS Credit shall not be obligated to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer and/or Scheme.

11. Any person availing of any Offer and/or Scheme as listed on this website shall be deemed to have accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

12. By participating in the Offer and/or Scheme, the customer agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Participation is entirely voluntary and shall be deemed as such by the participants.

13. Any taxes, liabilities, or charges payable to the government, statutory authorities, or participating establishments that arise for the qualified customer shall be solely borne by them. Additionally, any service charges or other charges related to the Offer and/or Scheme may also be the responsibility of the customer.

14. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by TVS Credit to conduct further, similar or other offers or schemes.

15. TVS Credit reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers or scheme with another offer or scheme, whether similar to this or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

16. The offer and / or Scheme listed on the Website are by way of a special offer co-funded by TVS Credit & the seller/manufacturer for and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the Loan Terms and Conditions executed by the customer with TVS Credit. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Loan Terms and Conditions.

17. Under no circumstances will the benefit offered under the Offer and / or Scheme be settled in cash in lieu thereof by TVS Credit.

18. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 30 days from the posting date. After said date the TVS Credit will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.

20. All disputes related to the scheme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Chennai.

Two Wheeler Loan Offer Terms and Conditions :

1. Loans at sole discretion of TVS Credit Services Limited only

2. Funding of vehicle will be based on customer’s profile

3. Duration of loan approval may vary depending on the external parameters

4. The Scheme is subject to all applicable central, state laws and regulations of India.

5. TVS Credit reserves the right to exclude any person from the Scheme at any time by any reason whatsoever.

6. This Scheme is applicable only for the individual who purchases two-wheeler from TVS Credit authorised dealers and multi-brand outlets (MBO) and also avails two-wheeler loan from TVS Credit across India.

7. This Scheme is not applicable for institutional, organisational or corporate purchases.

8. This Scheme is open for all the individuals with the exception of employees of TVS Credit and their relatives, agents, distributors, dealers etc of TVS Credit.

9.The interest rate shall be subject to change and will depend on the customer profile and CIBIL score.

10. TVS Credit shall not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation. All Customers who participate hereby agree and give express consent to TVS Credit for the Offer that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do not disturb), TVS Credit, will have the valid authority to call or send SMS and/or email such shortlisted participants, by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Offer.

12.TVS Credit may engage services of agents in sales/ marketing etc. of the offer and onboarding of customers

13. In case of dispute/difference with reference to Scheme, then the courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain the same..

14. TVS Credit reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Scheme in part or in full, or change any of all the terms and conditions of the Offer without intimation to the Customer or any other body or entity.

15.The decision of TVS Credit shall be final in all regards and no communication, queries or complaints shall be entertained in this regard.

16. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy of other rights and remedies on the part of TVS Credit.
