1. This referral program is available to existing customers of TVS Credit Services Limited (“Referrer”) who refer individuals for availing a 3-Wheeler Loan from TVS Credit.

2. Offer Validity: 07/07/2026 to 31/07/2026

3. The referred individual must be a new customer and must not be an existing customer of TVS Credit Services Limited.

4. For referral Name, Mobile Number, and City of the referred individual of the referred individual must be submitted.

5. Once the individual is referred, the following sequence of events must take place:
o referred induvial purchases a TVS 3-Wheeler by availing loan from TVS Credit;
o loan is fully disbursed by TVS Credit, and
o referred induvial has successfully pays the 1st EMI without any delay or default.

6. Once the above events take place, only then a referral shall be considered as a “successful referral”, the Referrer shall receive an Amazon voucher worth INR 4,000 (Rupees Four Thousand only) for each such successful referral.

7. Each Referrer can make a maximum of five (5) successful referrals under this Referral Program.

8. The reward will be processed only after verification that the referral has been made by an existing customer, the loan has been availed by a new customer, and upon successful loan disbursal along with completion of the first EMI payment.

9. Duplicate referrals, including instances where the same individual is referred multiple times, shall be deemed invalid and any submission containing fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate information shall result in disqualification from the program.

10. The Amazon Voucher shall be non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. TVS Credit reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

12. Where a loan arising from a referral is subsequently cancelled for any reason, such referral shall be deemed invalid, and no reward shall be payable to the Referrer in respect of such referral.

13. Loan at sole discretion of TVS Credit Services Limited. Sanction and disbursal of any 3-Wheeler Loan shall be at the sole discretion of TVS Credit and shall be subject to its credit policies, eligibility criteria, KYC verification, documentation requirements, internal approvals, regulatory requirements and applicable laws. Nothing contained in this Referral Program shall be construed as an assurance or guarantee of loan approval or disbursal.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts/tribunals having jurisdiction over Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise determined by TVS Credit.

10. TVS Credit shall not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation. All Customers who participate hereby agree and give express consent to TVS Credit for the Offer that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do not disturb), TVS Credit, will have the valid authority to call or send SMS and/or email such shortlisted participants, by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Offer.

13. In case of dispute/difference with reference to Scheme, then the courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain the same..

14. TVS Credit reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Scheme in part or in full, or change any of all the terms and conditions of the Offer without intimation to the Customer or any other body or entity.

15.The decision of TVS Credit shall be final in all regards and no communication, queries or complaints shall be entertained in this regard.

16. Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy of other rights and remedies on the part of TVS Credit.
Other loan related Terms and Conditions shall also be applicable.

5. These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the Loan Terms and Conditions, KFS, Sanction Letter, signed by the customer with TVS Credit.

6. TVS Credit shall not be liable in any manner for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of, or otherwise related to, any goods purchased by the customer under the Offer and/or Scheme; or caused by the delivery of such goods. .

7. TVS Credit holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods offered by the seller. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods purchased by the customer by availing this Offer shall be resolved by the customer with the seller directly without any reference or liability to TVS Credit.

8. TVS Credit reserves the right to disqualify or remove any seller, Dealer, Store or customer from the benefits of the Offer and/or Scheme if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer and/or Scheme. The decision of TVS Credit in this regard shall be final.

9. The Offer and/or Scheme is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on products for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. The Offer and/or Scheme shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.

10. TVS Credit shall not be obligated to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer and/or Scheme.

11. Any person availing of any Offer and/or Scheme as listed on this website shall be deemed to have accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

12. By participating in the Offer and/or Scheme, the customer agrees to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Participation is entirely voluntary and shall be deemed as such by the participants.

13. Any taxes, liabilities, or charges payable to the government, statutory authorities, or participating establishments that arise for the qualified customer shall be solely borne by them. Additionally, any service charges or other charges related to the Offer and/or Scheme may also be the responsibility of the customer.

14. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by TVS Credit to conduct further, similar or other offers or schemes.

15. TVS Credit reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers or scheme with another offer or scheme, whether similar to this or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

16. The offer and / or Scheme listed on the Website are by way of a special offer co-funded by TVS Credit & the seller/manufacturer for and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the Loan Terms and Conditions executed by the customer with TVS Credit. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Loan Terms and Conditions.

17. Under no circumstances will the benefit offered under the Offer and / or Scheme be settled in cash in lieu thereof by TVS Credit.

18. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 30 days from the posting date. After said date the TVS Credit will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
