Offers Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These terms and conditions shall apply to the “Lucky Draw Scheme” (“Offer”) sponsored by TVS Credit Services Limited (“TVS Credit”), wherein individual who purchases two-wheeler from TVS Credit authorised dealers and/or multi-brand outlets (MBO) and avails loan from TVS Credit across India, between 01st October, 2024 to 05th November, 2024 (both days inclusive). The Offer shall be applicable in all parts of India, except in those states wherein any law, order, direction, guidelines, regulations etc specifically prohibits such offers.

The Offer is subject to all applicable central, state laws and regulations of India.

The prizes will be shortlisted randomly. TVS Credit shall not be held liable to explain the process by which the winner has been chosen.

The prizes shall be distributed in 3 ways:

Daily prizes: Smart televisions

Weekly prizes: Refrigerators and

Mega prize (will be given on last day of offer): Air-conditioners

The quantity, specifications, brand, etc of the prizes shall be decided solely by TVS Credit.

By participating in this Offer, Customer fully and unconditionally agree to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of TVS Credit shall be final and binding in all the matters related to the Offer. Successfully entering the Offer and winning a prize is subject to complying all requirements set forth herein.

TVS Credit reserves the right to exclude any person from the Offer at any time by any reason whatsoever.

This Scheme is applicable only for the individual who purchases two-wheeler from TVS Credit authorised dealers and multi-brand outlets (MBO) and also avails two-wheeler loan from TVS Credit across India.

For Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry customers will have to enter a slogan contest to claim the prize.

This Scheme is not applicable for institutional, organisational or corporate purchases.

This Scheme is open for all the individuals with the exception of employees of TVS Credit and their relatives, agents, distributors, dealers etc of TVS Credit.

Participation by individuals below 18 years of age shall not be allowed.

In order to be eligible for the prizes, the Customer must have and share with TVS Credit a valid photo ID proof, address proof, PAN card/Aadhaar card and the Loan Agreement number.

TVS Credit shall not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation. All Customers who participate hereby agree and give express consent to TVS Credit for the Offer that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do not disturb), TVS Credit, will have the valid authority to call or send SMS and/or email such shortlisted participants, by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Offer.

The Customer shall be eligible for Offer on purchase and avail of loan from 01st October, 2024 to 05th November, 2024 only.

A draw through a random algorithm shall be conducted from amongst all entries received based on the purchase information received from the respective authorised TVS Credit’s dealer or MBO dealer.

If the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize shall be forfeited by TVS Credit and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

Right to claim the prize cannot be transferred by the Customer to any other person, entity etc.

No cash alternatives or alternative prizes shall be provided.

The images of the prizes depicted on the press ads/posters etc are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made. All images used to depict prizes are proprietary to the respective brand/manufacturer.

TVS Credit, its directors, officers, employees, dealers etc shall not be held liable for the loss, expense, damage etc, if any, caused or incurred to the Customer due to availing this Offer.

The prizes will be governed by normal terms and warranties and/or guarantees, of the manufacturer of the prizes and TVS Credit shall not be held liable or responsible for the same. The prize winner shall contact the manufacturer service centre directly for any issue, whatsoever, related to the prize.

Any doubts, queries, information etc related to the functioning of the prizes shall be directly made by the Customer to the manufacturer of the prizes and the manufacturer shall be solely liable and responsible for the same.

All taxes, levies and charges, if any, on the prize will be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall pay tax liability at the prevailing tax rates (as per applicable Income Tax), if applicable.

In case a Customer is not contacted, it shall automatically mean that the person’s name has not come through the selection process, and he/she is not a winner.

In case of dispute/difference with reference to Offer, then the courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain the same.

Mere participation in this Offer does not entitle a customer to a prize unless all other terms and conditions are fully complied with.

Any fraudulent conduct on the part of the Customer shall disentitle the Customer to receive the prize under the Offer.

TVS Credit reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Offer in part or in full, or change any of all the terms and conditions of the Offer without intimation to the Customer or any other body or entity.

The decision of TVS Credit shall be final in all regards and no communication, queries or complaints shall be entertained in this regard.

Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy of other rights and remedies on the part of TVS Credit.

If a customer is dissatisfied with the Offer and/or terms and conditions of this Offer, his/her exclusive sole remedy is not to participate in the Offer.

Participating in this Offer is deemed acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Customer who avails loan from MBO counters shall be given a backpack along with Offer. MBO Counters Offer is valid only in cities of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata.

The customer will either get the backpack delivered to the designated address as per TVS Credit records or will be given at the MBO Counter.
