Anjali Gaikwad, lives in Ambegaon, Pune. She hails from a
poor family, and could not pursue her education due to
financial constraints. Her father works as a wage laborer &
is the only earning member. The family could hardly
manage a square meal. Anjali decided to support her family
but was directionless. She came through a mobilization
drive conducted by Yuva Parivartan in her area. She visited
the centre and learned about the different courses. She
decided to enroll for the Multi- skill program. After
completing the program, she got placed at Hi Speed Multi
Solution and started earning a salary of INR 7,000 per
month. Anjali is now able to support her family and is
